Good afternoon, I just wanted to let you know that the boots are amazing!! (I sent a review in on your site, but didn't have a photo. I took one last night that I'm attaching here) For the past year, Sully hasn't been able to go with us on our long walks (and he loves them) because he was in so much pain from the corns. He would begin limping badly, and after a bit, walking on only 3 legs. With the neopaws, he's now doing long walks with hardly a limp, and trots along with his head high. It's wonderful! He also got used to them very quickly. He connected the booties to going for a walk, so they've become a "good thing" to him, because it means he's going on his walk. He stands perfectly still for me to put on the boots, and will even lift a paw when told so I can slide the boot on. :-) Thank you so much. It is just wonderful to watch him trot and run happily and not limp painfully! Rachael PS- I tried other booties before ordering neopaws, but they didn't stay on well, and he hated them. Actually, he chewed one of them up. I was hesitant to try boots again, but the reviews on your site were so good, and now I know why. I'm so happy that I gave them a try. And they stay on great! (the very first time I put them on Sully, he tried very hard to shake them off, with absolutely no luck! The shaking might have worked with other boots he'd had, but it didn't work with these!) Here are some pics of Bogey in his new rainsuit, hood and boots. It was the second time for the rainsuit but the first for the hood, hence he was not too impressed at the beginning as I imagine it made a bit of a rustling noise that took some getting used to. HOLY COW THAT WAS FAST!!!! So I got the shoes on hiim and he going throught the usually fit to try to get them off.....THEY ARE STAYING ON. oh, and they fit. I think I may have broken a rib from laughing though.

My dog Gixxer was injured in one of his toes a couple of years ago. He had an operation in the toe and the operation went well, but there was another injured toe that doesn´t handle the extra pressure when he recovered from the operation (a miss from the vets side). After the recovery he was worse than before the operation. When he walked on hard ground he looked like a barefoot human on a stony ground. I search the internet for dog shoes and found the Neopaws shoes. When Gixxer has his shoe on, you can´t see a limp, but when you take it off he limps on hard ground. Gixxer has hunted three seasons with the great shoes and I am so happy to have found shoes that work! Gixxer is very happy too that he can continue hunting, the love of his life ;0) Thanks for the great shoes! Pia & Gixxer in Sweden

Good Morning! I received my Neopaws boots in the mail yesterday; thanks for the quick service as well as the call to advise me on the proper size of boots for my Bichon Frise. I put the boots on my dog this morning for our walk and it took me a while as I expected after watching the video a couple of times. I know that I'll get faster at this with practice, so that's not a concern. Bogey walked a bit strangely in the house with the boots on but once he was outside, that was all forgotten. What I want to brag about is the fact that I didn't spend my entire walk retrieving boots from the deep snow! These boots stayed on! That was after running down the street covered with lots of sand and salt, through the park breaking through crusty snow, and playing with a large golden retriever. One front boot looked like it might be working loose so I repositioned it once, but that was all. I was concerned about the hair matting on his legs under the boots and so I combed them out as soon as we came inside. They weren't as matted as if he'd been wearing fleece booties but I would still recommend that Bichons have a quick comb out on their legs after wearing any boots. Since this morning's temperature was -25C with the windchill I wasn't worried about the mud today but spring is coming soon, I hope, and a white dog and muck don't go together very well. I'm really hoping that my dog's white feet can stay reasonably clean during our muddy spring, thanks to these boots. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the Neopaw boots. Now I don't feel guilty any more about ripping your ad out of a magazine at the Vet's! I'll be one of those very satisfied customers who will tell at least 25 people about these great boots. Ronnie, I ordered a pair of regular performance boots for my IG last year and they have worked wonderfully for him. He also looks really cool in them. I ordered another pair just this week because he has worn the others out and can't be without them here in the upstate NY winters. We love to walk in the woods and wouldn't be able to do it without these awesome boots. For anyone thinking about purchasing these boots for their dog, the design and fit make all the difference. The Greyhound is able to run in these quite fast, and doesn't seem to mind them at all. I also would like to thank all of you at Neo Paws for taking the time to help me find the right fit and being so accommodating. Hi Ronnie, Got the new boots a few days ago and will be shipping back the ones we don't want today for the refund. We're keeping the M and M+ and sending back the S+. What a difference! I can see that the high performance are better made, but these are way better for our situation. I think the softer rubber helps him grip and it just fits a ton better. The rubber not wrapping around the shoe really helps him with walking and running as well. There was a real difference when we tried these out. So thank you for all your help, we finally got a good product that works for us! Let me know when you receive these back and work out the credit to my credit card and everything. Thanks! Nicole
